Delete now (in-app)

The fastest way is to sign in and delete the account yourself. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it within 30 days (usually within a few days).

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, user id, username, display name, avatar)
• Quizzes, questions and answers you created
• Solo scores, duels and highscores
• Friends, friend requests and chat messages you sent
• Spotify connection tokens (if you connected Spotify)
• Push notification subscriptions and device tokens
• Feature flags and Pro entitlements on the account

What we may retain

• Anonymised payment records required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years) — no card details are ever stored by us.
• Operational logs for up to 30 days, then permanently deleted.
• Live session data (player names, in-game answers) is auto-deleted within 90 days regardless of account status.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. To also disconnect BeatGuess from Spotify, visit spotify.com/account/apps.
