How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@beatguess.app from the email address you used at checkout. Include your order/transaction reference if you have it.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once refunded, the Pro upgrade is revoked from your BeatGuess account.

Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under EU and Swedish consumer-protection law, including, where applicable, your right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act (lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler).
